collapsed Building: Lagos state government, filled criminal charge against Lekki gardens boss ,and others.




       In a statement signed by Kayode Oyekanmi, Asst. Director, Public Affairs, Lagos state ministry of Justice, the Lagos State Government has filed criminal charge against the Managing Director of Lekki Gardens Estate Ltd, Richard Nyong and others over the collapse of a five-storey building under construction on Kushenla Road in Ikate Elegushi area of the State which killed no fewer than 35 persons.

Iraq and Turkey’s prime ministers held talks Saturday in Baghdad which both said reflected progress in resolving a bitter row over the presence of Turkish troops in northern Iraq.
Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi said at a joint press conference after meeting Turkey’s Binali Yildirim that the issue would be solved soon.

A mild-mannered former ambassador to Germany who also served on the Senate Intelligence Committee, Coats was widely expected to be selected for the job coordinating 16 intelligence and security agencies — a position Trump may slim down.
