- APPRECIATION:- Appreciate good fortune, you must have known bad. We often don't appreciate what we already have . Dry bread at home is better than a feast abroad.
- ASSOCIATION:- We become like those we associate with. If you help a thief, you are as bad as the thief. Where the carcass is - that's where the vultures are gathered.
- ARGUMENT:- Don't quarrel with someone beneath you. Quarrels are weapons of the WEAK. Truth is lost when we argue.
- BEGGARS:- The beggar does more for the giver than the giver to the beggar. Every beggar is descended from some king -and every King from some beggar. None but the beggar can really live at ease.
- BEGINNING:- A bad beginning makes a bad ending. You can't hope to win unless you begin. All beginnings are difficult. Well begun is half DONE.
- BEHAVIOUR:- When someone is very polite they are probably lying. Too much courtesy is discourtesy. A lady is a woman who makes her man behave like a gentle man.
- CHARITY:- Charity is the very salt of rices. Charity is no cure for poverty. Charity deals with the effect and not the cause.'
- CHOICE:- Necessity leaves us no choice. We must choose between boredom or involvement. Happiness is liking what you do, and doing what you like.
- CHRISTIANITY:- Christianity might be a good thing, if anybody tried it. Christianity is a way of life much more than a religion. I believe in Christ but not the Church.
- COMPANY:- In good company the journey is short. Solitude is sometimes the best company. The trouble with being rich is having to mix with other rich.
